Rent a 5 or 10 yard rubber-wheel dumpster for trash, junk or heavy material, with flat-rate pricing and the rental days and weight limit spelled out up front.

Sizes and prices
Every rental is a flat rate based on two things: the size of the dumpster and what goes in it. Trash and junk loads are priced apart from heavy material loads, because a box full of dirt or broken concrete weighs far more than a box full of old furniture.

5-yard heavy material dumpster
10'L x 6'W x 2.5'H
10-yard trash and junk dumpster
12'L x 6'W x 4'H

Every card shows what its flat rate covers, so you know what is included before the dumpster ever arrives.
Choose the category by what makes up most of your load.
Furniture, boxes, household junk and the general mess that comes out of a garage, basement or estate cleanout. Includes 1 ton.
Soil from grading, rock pulled out of an old bed and broken concrete from a slab or walkway. Includes 2 tons.
Not sure where your load fits? Call us, tell us what you are tossing and we will point you to the right dumpster.
A standard roll-off container slides off a truck on steel rails, and it is usually far bigger than a home project needs. Our dumpsters are trailers that ride on rubber tires, so they roll into place instead of being dragged across your driveway.
Both sizes are 6 feet wide and 10 to 12 feet long, sized for a home driveway rather than a construction site. The low sides, 2.5 feet on the 5 yard and 4 feet on the 10 yard, also make loading easier, since you can toss things over the edge instead of lifting them overhead.

Use the dimensions as a starting point and think about the bulkiest things going in.
Good for one room, a garage or shed cleanout, or a smaller pile of dirt, rock or concrete.
Better for a full basement or estate cleanout, a kitchen or bath remodel, or a bigger yard tear-out.
Heavy material reaches the weight limit long before it fills the box, so for dirt, rock and concrete the right choice is usually about weight, not space.
A booking call goes quicker when you have these answers handy:
Yes. When the rental is over we hitch up the dumpster and haul it off, and if you would rather skip the loading altogether, our debris removal crew can load the pile and take it with them.
The same crew handles excavating and demolition, so the dirt and broken concrete from a tear-out can leave with the crew when the work wraps up.

Most customers keep it on the driveway. If it has to sit in the street, an alley or on the sidewalk, check with your city before delivery, since cities like Detroit have permit rules for dumpsters in the public right-of-way.
Yes. You can rent a dumpster for the everyday junk and have our crew load and haul the heavier pile, like dirt or broken concrete. Tell us about the whole project when you reach out.
